Hausgemachte Blut-, Leber– und Bratwürste, Rippli und Speck, dazu Sauerkraut, Salzkartoffeln, Rösti und Apfelstückli. Zum Dessert ein feines Traubensorbet mit Grappa, Vermicelles, Glacetorte oder die hausgemachte gebrannte Créme.
