Vor 33 Jahren gründeten wir ein Weinbau-Familienunternehmen. Erste Priorität haben für uns Qualität und Originalität, naturgerechte Anbau- und kontrollierte Kelterungsmethoden, aber auch die Pflege der Weinkultur. Aus 16 Hektaren Reben keltern wir 22 Rot- und Weissweine sowie Spezialitäten. Unsere Reben wachsen an Jura-Südhängen, im Gebiet des Wasserschlosses, wo Aare, Reuss und Limmat zusammenfliessen, in der Nähe des ehemaligen Legionslagers Vindonissa, in das die Römer vor 2000 Jahren die Weinkultur brachten, sowie der Habsburg, dem Stammsitz der Habsburger. Für uns, unsere Mitarbeiter, Erntehelferinnen u. -helfern und die 10 Remiger Winzer, die uns ihre Trauben liefern, bedeutet Weinbau jeden Tag Herausforderung und Leidenschaft. Bruno und Ruth Hartmann

- PPPascalJul 31, 20215.0Wir waren im Rahmen der „offenen Weinkeller 2021“ auf dem Weingut Hartmann und wurden seitens Besitzer freundlich und offen empfangen. Wir durften tolle Weine degustieren und konnten einen Einblick in die Räumlichkeiten des familiengeführten Betriebs werfen. Ein Besuch können wir nur empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder vorbei. Empfehlen können wir den Weisswein „Sauvignon Blanc Hartmann“, ein toller Weisswein, passend zu Apéro und vielem mehr.
