Jürg und Miriam Portmann sind nach 13 jährigem Aufenthalt im Bündnerland (Flims und Falera) wieder zurück in ihrer alten Heimat. Seit Ende Juni 2015 führen sie gemeinsam mit ihrem Team das Restaurant zur Post. Jürg in der Küche, Miriam im Service, Büro und überall wo Arbeit angesagt ist. Durch seine jahrelange Tätigkeit im Bündnerland beherrscht Jürg Portmann mühelos die Zubereitung von Capuns, Bizochels und anderen Bündner Klassikern.
Neben der Kulinarik gibt es auch sonnenverwöhnte Weine aus der Bündner Herrschaft, Engadiner Bier oder Bündner Gazosa zu entdecken und geniessen.
