  This hotel is nasty. We tried to stay in the Hyatt place right beside this hotel but they were booked for the night we needed. If you can spend the extra money to stay at Hyatt I highly suggest doing so. Our room looked nothing like the photos, stains on the furniture, stains in the bathroom, the carpet smelled disgusting so I kept my shoes on the entire time, the bed was uncomfortable. I mean the list goes on. We have been staying in a hotel every night for the past week moving up to Alaska and this was the worst BY FAR! 10/10 do NOT recommend!

  This is my honest review. The rooms to be frank we're not the greatest condition there was a bird poop stain on the outside of my window and the bathroom doors lock along with that the shower head was kind of broken. Also the walls were not at all soundproof (I could here my friends playing NBA 2k in the room beside mine). When it comes to the service, I had to ask quite a few times for something to get done does the employees were kind and helpful. The location was optimal as it was in the middle of downtown Whitehorse with all the places I need to go nearby in a walking distance. Even though it was downtown it was not very loud at night as there are not many people in Whitehorse. As a whole it is technically what are the best hotels in Whitehorse so you will inevitably have to go there. Also it has a restaurant connected to it downstairs so that's pretty convenient.

  Everything was perfect. The person who came for the airport pickup and drop-off was very kind, helpful, and had a beautiful smile. The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. They responded to our emails very quickly

  The location, service, and environment is amazing! I enjoyed my stay and I don't want to butcher her name it starts with a P she was she amazing and kind and professional! Shes amazing at what she does bringing a great warm guest experience! I had an amazing time their server/bartender was amazing he took of me and got my drinks and food out to me in a timely manner I would go back just to eat there again the Cowboy omelette was so delicious and with a mimosa, the potatoes and english muffin.. I couldn't ask for anything better!
