  When I started to loose my hearing, Wade helped me through the whole process by testing, choosing, and maintaining my hearing aids. I’m greeted each time I’m there and treated like family, not just a customer. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and very professional. More than accommodating and always available to answer any questions.

  Went there to get custom ear plugs for work asked for the brand DB blocker was told no problem had them made up, went to get them and they were not the brand that I wanted and the ladies at the front said they were I had to make a phone call to find out they weren’t! Then only time they could get me in 12:30 following week when I needed them for work cause I was leaving and weren’t able to find an earlier time to do them, they weren’t willing to help me out and get me an earlier appointment when they screwed up right out of the gates! Not impressed won’t be back
