  Room is great. We reserved an accessible room. It is on the 1st floor and there is a door to the outside with ♿️ parking right in front.

  Only complaint we had was the hotel was fully booked and they only had 1 elevator working. We had to wait a long time every time we needed an elevator.

  I’ve stayed here a few times, and while the rooms are decent, the overall experience has been consistently frustrating. Each visit has been very noisy, with kids running through the hallways, people shouting, and what sounded like parties late into the night. On my first stay, the noise went on until nearly midnight, and calling the front desk didn’t help. It’s hard to relax after a long trip when there’s no control over the noise. The pool area was also poorly maintained, with dirt and sand everywhere and no clean towels, making the place feel chaotic. For the price, I expected a much more comfortable and peaceful stay. The only positive was the friendly check-in staff, but it wasn’t enough to make up for everything else. After multiple disappointing visits, I wouldn’t return or recommend it.
