  You hotel is the meeting place for a guest from Regina and one from Edmonton who have been meeting at this hotel to visit and catch up. Our visit over the May long weekend has been most positive, as always. Thank you to each and every one of you for such excellent service. You deserve commendation and we really hope that your managers and Best Western appreciate all that you do. For years you have earned our respect and appreciation. Keep up the excellence! Shuki, helping us with our reservation after my friend obviously thought she was booking directly at the hotel. I immediately noticed after her booking that something was wrong with her booking and cancelled it. Your help after this wrongful and possible fraudulent booking site, gave us the confidence that we were actually booking at the hotel. Your patience and understand sure helped us. We will approach Best Western head office to help us decifer the fraudulent initial booking who represented themselves as part of your hotel. We also hope that Best Western will eliminate these kind of representatives to falsely use the Alberta phone number leading a customer to believe that they are talking to the hotel. We are still trying to get our money back. Again, we appreciate you all!

  We had a wonderful stay in the hotel. This hotel is clean, elegant, and noticeably better maintained than others we experienced on this trip. The gym and pool are well kept, and the indoor skywalk connecting directly to the city’s sports centre is a huge bonus — especially during cold weather. The service is thoughtful, the indoor and outdoor décor is tasteful, and everything feels well cared for. Affordable laundry ($1.25 per use) and complimentary coffee throughout the day are small details that truly stand out. Another major plus is the location. Within about 50 meters, there are several excellent restaurants, and transportation is very convenient. In Lloydminster, this hotel offers both comfort and value. In Lloydminster, this hotel feels both practical and refined. We would gladly stay again.

  Among the Best Western properties I’ve stayed at, this location stands out primarily because of its second-floor skywalk access to the adjacent Service Centre. The sky access is located on the hotel’s second level, allowing guests to walk indoors directly into the Service Centre without stepping outside — a huge advantage, especially in winter. The facility includes two full-size ice hockey arenas, additional sports courts, and recreational areas, along with children’s play spaces. During our visit, a staff member mentioned that a farmer’s market would be taking place inside the Service Centre the following day. That level of community integration adds a unique dimension to the stay. While the rooms are clean and comfortable and the amenities such as the waterslide pool and 24-hour gym are solid, what truly differentiates this property is the seamless indoor connection to such a large and active recreational complex. Overall, the second-floor skywalk access gives this location a clear advantage over other Best Western hotels.
