  Rooms are big, we had two separate beds which both were absolutely comfortable to sleep in. The shower is a bathtub. Whole system not tight, spraying water everywhere and only hot is the possible temperature regulation. The surrounding area is red light district and a spot where big and louder concerts are in the neighborhood. I would recommend it anyway because the price is ok, bed is super and it's clean.

  Emplcament parfait entre Saint Catherine et Blvd Saint Laurent. Rien a redire. Personnel au top toujours dispo. Petit bémol pour la partie chambre où la douche était pas terrible et l'ensemble un peu vieillissant. Le système tv est parfait par contre. Lits confortables avec plein de coussins.

  Wir haben Zimmer mit Frühstück reserviert, mussten aber für den Orangenjus separat bezahlen . Das sollte eigentlich dazu gehören. Die Lage wäre nicht schlecht, aber es hat hier viele Obdachlose. Die machen einem ein wenig Angst. Man wird auch teilweise belästtigt.

  We had an exceptional stay and would highly recommend it—especially for large groups. We traveled with a group of 51 people from New York City church and stayed for three nights, and the experience truly exceeded our expectations. From the very beginning, their correspondence and communication were outstanding. We had the pleasure of working closely with Carlos, Vanessa, and the entire front desk team, who were incredibly responsive, welcoming, and accommodating. Coordinating logistics for a group of our size can be challenging, but they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We were able to coordinate with both the front desk and the restaurant next door to ensure our group had breakfast and dinner arrangements when needed, which kept everything running seamlessly. The front desk staff also provided excellent recommendations for nearby dining options, all within walking distance. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. Impressively, none of the rooms had any issues throughout our stay which is no small feat when traveling with a group of 51 people. The location is ideal, safe, convenient, and within walking distance of Chinatown, shopping, restaurants, pharmacies, and grocery stores. It made exploring Montreal easy and enjoyable for everyone. Another major plus was that our bus was able to park behind the hotel without any issues, which is a huge benefit in a downtown area. Overall, this was truly an exceptional stay. If you are planning travel for a large group and need a clean, accommodating, and conveniently located hotel in downtown Montreal, this is an excellent choice.

  Situation à 15min à pieds du vieux Montréal. Quartier très animé le soir et mal fréquenté le matin. Accueil sympathique et professionnel . Service de valet pratique . Odeur très désagréable dans la salle de bain ( égouts ). Literie confortable. Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre et la clim ne fonctionnait pas correctement et impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres. Petit déjeuner à fuir car servit dans le restaurant d'à coté , c'est long , gras et sans gout , pas digne d'un 4* ! Surtout qu'à l'entrée vous avez une machine qui distribue gratuitement thé , café , chocolat . Hôtel qui correspond à un *** moyen en France mais pas à un ****.
