Very pleased with the service and the products. Service was attentive and thorough and pleasant. I chose Connect Hearing because I was dissatisfied with my previous experience at another company, and because I felt comfortable knowing there were Connect Hearing clinics across the country should I encounter an issue while travelling. Couldn’t be more happy with my choice.

As a very satisfied long-time client (14 years), I want to give a shout out to the great staff at the Charlottetown clinic. The audiologist, Doug Hoyer, is very personable, knowledgeable, patient, and professional....very up-to-date on all the newest hearing aid technology, and willing to take the time to make sure your hearing aids are working properly and that you are completely satisfied. Cindy, the receptionist, is a treasure...competent and pleasant, able and willing to help clients any way she can. The service and products are the best and I highly recommend this clinic.
