  I had an amazing experience at this clinic today. I arrived around 4:10 p.m. without an appointment, I wasn't even an existing customer, and I didn't know the model of my hearing aid. The staff member immediately took the time to help me. She searched for the correct replacement wire for my hearing aid, and even though they don't carry that specific model, she managed to find a compatible one. With great patience and care, she helped remove the damaged wire and install the new one. She also gave me the cleaning tools and accessories for my hearing aid, just in case the issue was caused by dirt or wax buildup. Thank you so much for your kindness, patience, and outstanding customer service. I truly appreciate your help and highly recommend this clinic!!!!

  My uncle recently visited Connect Hearing for his hearing aids appointment, and he had a wonderful experience. Holly at the front desk was warm, friendly, and very helpful, making the entire visit easy and welcoming from the moment he arrived. Natalia, the audiologist, was exceptional. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to ensure my uncle understood everything about his hearing aids. She made sure they fit comfortably and answered all of his questions with care and professionalism. Thank you, Holly and Natalia, for your outstanding service and compassionate care. My uncle left feeling confident and very happy with his experience. We highly recommend Connect Hearing!

  Flawless experience from start to finish! I recently visited Connect Hearing to get custom earplugs made, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The custom ear protectors are incredibly comfortable to wear and attenuate noise exceptionally well. The entire process was seamless. Holly at the front desk was absolutely lovely—very welcoming and kind right from the moment I walked in. My audiologist, Natalia, was thoroughly professional and explained everything with total clarity, making sure I understood the entire procedure. To top it all off, my ear protectors were delivered exactly on time. I am genuinely thrilled with them and highly recommend this clinic for their outstanding service!

  Extremely poor management and unreliable service. I purchased brand-new, expensive hearing aids four months ago, and they have already been away for repairs twice in total for nearly two months. For a medical device this costly, a two-month wait is unacceptable and far below the professional standards I experienced in Toronto. The clinic's 'front office' is disorganized; they rely on single phone calls with no follow-up, and appointments are difficult to secure. While the staff is pleasant, their lack of expertise in handling repairs and patient communication is a major failure. I would not recommend this location for anyone requiring dependable hearing healthcaret.
