My mom forgot her hearing aid charger while we were in a road trip. She contacted Connect Hearing in the city where we’re staying. They were able to look ok up her information and loan her a charger for the duration of her trip, at no cost as she is an existing customer.

I have purchased a pair of hearing aids from another local clinic and treated like a major pest. One pair and never again. I have now purchased several pairs from Connect Hearing Windsor and been treated like a wanted customer. The receptionists have always been pleasant and helpful and the technitions are also pleasant and professional. I will stay a customer as long as I need hearing aids.
