  Whenever I come visit Windsor with my husband we decide to stay here. We’ve stayed here about 3 different stays. The front staff and housekeeping staff are always friendly and kind. Easy to approach and easy to talk to. The last two times I came in July 2026 and this month August 2026 we noticed the bathrooms weren’t usually cleaned fully which does suck because my husband ends up having to clean up the bathroom before we can use it. But besides that, the view is super nice, our last stay we were upgraded to a room with a nicer view. And the area is around everything. You do have to walk to the parking in the back it’s not bad but I wish they included the parking in the fees instead of charging parking per day. Overall, great hotel to stay in while in Windsor, ON

  I was a guest at this hotel on Friday July 1, to Sunday Aug 2. I was there for my son's baseball tournament. I booked my two nights through booking.com. My son's mother, who is my ex-wife also stayed at the hotel and booked a room through the baseball team and used her own credit card. The problems started as soon as I checked in. The person at the front desk ,checked me into my ex-wife's room(room 408) and provided me room keys to her room. I went back downstairs and told the desk person that I booked my own room, separately and they made me fill out a registration card all over again in order to get my actual room (room 409). Somehow BOTH rooms have been charged to my credit card and my ex-wife, has confirmed that she has not been charged. I tried speak to several people at the hotel and keep getting transferred to a different person. I have spoken with Steve but the last person I spoke to was Alorelei. She told me that she was going to speak to a manager and get back to me on Friday ( Aug 7) to get this resolved. She has not called. I called 4 times over the last week and left 1 message for her which has gone unreturned. All I want is for the extra room charge to be refunded and charged to my ex-wife's credit card. I confirmed with Alorelei that she still has my ex-wife's credit card information in their system. It's unacceptable that this would even happen in the first place and there has to be some sort of privacy breach here. How do you charge a credit card that was never on the original booking?

  Oh hell yeah! Back in Detroit Rock City shooting a movie! I had to cross the River and check out the awesome Windsor Waterfront! Great hotel at the Best Western Plus! It reminds me of the South Beach Miami Best Western with the waterfront views. Supercute staff! Love it! Hope to come back soon!

  Our stay at Best Western Plus Windsor Hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we checked in until we left, everything was smooth, comfortable, and welcoming. The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious, and the overall atmosphere made our trip even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Jeff, the Front Desk Manager, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay awesome. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine willingness to help made us feel valued as guests. It’s rare to come across someone who cares so much about ensuring visitors have a great experience, and Jeff certainly exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Best Western Plus Windsor Hotel to anyone visiting Windsor. Excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding hospitality. We will definitely be back!
