  I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location was also very convenient, close to many restaurants and attractions. I truly enjoyed my experience and would definitely stay here again.

  Outstanding Customer Service. The desk reservation clerk was extremely helpful and accommodating. He was friendly and made sure that I would have the best experience possible with this hotel. Thank you! Great experience!

  Very beautiful hotel. We booked with Amex travel. We needed an accessible room for my grandma. Theirs is spacious and microwave and fridge available in rooms. Breakfast was delicious and staff was courteous and kind.

  My wife & I stayed here with our son as part of his birthday trip to the Toronto Zoo. When we arrived a the hotel, we were unaware that the property did not accept debit cards at the front desk for check-in, you must have a credit card with chip at time of check-in, which we did not have. For a brief moment, we thought we'd have to drive back home roughly 3 hours after a long day, but the hotel manager Mohammed (Hopefully I spelled that correct, I apologize if I did not!) overheard our situation and offered to work with us and offered to make things right! Overall, great experience at the hotel. Room was very clean, beds were very comfy, my son enjoyed the couch in our "New Home" as he kept telling us. Pool was nice and clean, breakfast in the morning was a big hit. We don't travel up this way often, but will definitely keep Mohammed and his team in mind if we need to stay in the area again! Thank you again to you sir for talking with us and offering a solution!

  Very disappointing, hair in my shower and bed because I do check rooms before I settle in and just disappointed. The bed springs were coming out of the bed , they were not comfortable at all. On top of all that they were doing construction and water wasn't available for most of the day, can't flush the toilet, can't wash hands can't shower , they shouldn't be open if they have scheduled construction.
