  Dirtiest hotel I have ever been into every surface has stains, room is very dirty It was not clean. I do not recommend. I have no idea how this hotel is classified as a 3 star hotel. It's like motel

  Was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in any hotel wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Toilet paper is worse than jail stuff lol Breakfast- we weren’t allowed to get breakfast cause we own a crockpot that was already approved with staff members and if we got breakfast they’d call police Yelling at us with children Lack of respect Police involvement over them stealing my pregnancy medication Accused us of smoking in room and lobby when drug addicts we’re smoking inside doors Called CAS cause of the smoking accusations and they said their was nothing wrong and no smells of smoke inside Almost kicked us out for having a wagon for the kids cause it’s ridiculous to have it for children…. Weren’t allowed swearing outside of hotel or in lobby All the other staff was great except the veena we had our issues with…. The lack of wheelchair accessible parking We didn’t own vehicle so no parking pass even for any guests we may had Very dirty hallways If you have a stroller or wheelchair the entrance sucks if someone parks in front of the door…. If bringing a laptop, wifi doesn’t always work.

  Basic place to stay overnight. Nothing special for good or bad. The rooms are outdated but comfortable. Definitely time to modernize but everything is functional. Staff is nice and helpful. Loby has a very strong aroma from the Indian restaurant in the same building. Smell is good but very strong. Breakfast is basic but enough to get going. Parking only for 10-12 vehicle across from the building, everyone else need to park at the underground parking in the next building police station. Location is not the best. Although very close to some nice entertainment options and restaurants, the area itself doesn't feel safe, at least not at night.

  Right beside a police station and a large homeless population. The manager is beyond rude and unprofessional. One day I was merely picking up a family member staying there and she came out yelling at me to move my vehicle and that I could not pull up the hotel to pick someone staying there up with their bags. That we were expected to park and walk across street. Im a wheelchair, so not possible. I was not treated like a Diamond Select member. Ive spent 100s of days in Best Western hotels and never seen one so poorly run. Usually love my stays at Best Western hotels. Parking is horrible. The breakfast is gross and not up to usual standards in a best western and you have to climb stairs to access it. No laundry on site. Not wheelchair accessible. Not AODA compliant. No disability rooms or buttons. No pool. Rooms are small. The bedding was not what Im use to at a Best Western. You can hear everything between floors. One elevator only. Cant even get a stroller in and out easily let alone a wheelchair. Parking is a joke and across the street where homeless people are. I wont be staying here again. Which sucks as Im a Diamond Select member and prefer Best Western brand usually.
