  Travelled to Sudbury for work and stayed at the Best Western downtown. From the moment I arrived the service was fantastic. I was upgraded to the suite and it was clean, beautiful and extremely comfortable! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

  The area around the hotel is frequented by homeless people and drug users. The room was dirty, and the whole hotel smelled of curry. Worst of all, the sound insulation is extremely poor. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, and I will never come back.

  Great experience at Best Western Sudbury. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. Special thanks to Vina Makkar for her kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

  Great staff, the room is good, and it is worth the cost. There is a slight smell near the elevator, but it comes from the Indian restaurant located right next door. There are several restaurants near the hotel. Overall, it is a very decent option for the price.

  Normally I enjoy Best Western hotels becasue they hold a good standard, but this one really disappointed me to the point I wish I would have booked a differant hotel. I will never stay at this one again. The parking is extremely small and easily filled leaving no parking spots. Right beside the parking is a park filled with homeless people and drug addicts. The view from my window was my car and the homeless people. At least I could watch my vehicle to make sure it wasnt broken into. The room was dark and not cleaned very well. For a king sized premium room, It had the smallest shower/bathtub I have ever seen in any hotel. My partner and I could not fit in it at the same time. There was no fan in the bathroom, so if it smelled, it waffted into the entire room. There was no shampoo in the shower. And when room service cleaned the room they did not add more towels, leaving us without towels. The elevator was extremely slow. And the entire place could use a renovation to be up to modern standards. The breakfest was the worst I have had. There were no eggs or sausages left. The pancake maker was broken. The orange juice wasnt orange, it was mostly yellow/white. There was only one bagal left and no waffles. The only enjoyable part was the woman at the front desk, at least she was polite. The hotel is highly over priced for what it offers.
