  I have had nothing but issues with connect hearing. Customer service is very bad. I have even been in touch with a regional manager and her service is also bad. She can’t be bother to reply to a reply email. As a senior I feel taken advantage of from the beginning. We rely on their expert service and knowledge of the product. It is a customer service issue I have with staff that should be trained to adjust minor issue (plastic ear piece sticking out). I paid over $5000.00 to be told to go home and use the steam from a tea kettle to soften the plastic to curl. I found a different clinic that repaired the issue and gave me new ear pieces so my hearing aids would not fall out. NO CHARGE. Think twice before using this company. Seniors are an easy prey to be taken advantage of because be don’t fight back. This senior is going to sing from the top of her lungs.
