  Don't judge the book by it's cover. It is beautiful and clean inside and the service is great. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, pool and restaurant.

  My recent stay at the Best Western St. Catharines Hotel & Conference Centre meant far more to me than simply having a place to stay — it felt like being genuinely cared for during a very important time in my life. From the moment I arrived, the warmth and compassion shown to me were remarkable. Much of this comes from the leadership of Tami Riley, whose presence sets the heart and soul of this hotel. Tami is not only professional and attentive, but deeply kind and sincerely invested in the well-being of her guests. She creates an atmosphere where people feel safe, welcomed, and truly valued. It is rare to encounter a manager who leads with such genuine compassion, and her care made a lasting impact on my stay. You can clearly see that her kindness carries through the entire team. The front desk staff were consistently welcoming, patient, and supportive, always greeting me with sincere smiles and making me feel more like family than a visitor. I especially want to recognize Erika (hope this is spelled correctly), who went above and beyond in ways that truly touched my heart. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help brought comfort and reassurance when it was most needed. A heartfelt thank you as well to Lori (hope this is spelled correctly) in housekeeping. My room was always beautifully maintained — spotless, peaceful, and comforting to return to each day. Her attention to detail and pride in her work did not go unnoticed. The breakfast staff also deserve special recognition. Each morning began with friendly faces, a welcoming atmosphere, and a breakfast area that was clean, organized, and thoughtfully cared for. Their positive energy truly helped start each day on a bright note. What stands out most about this hotel is the genuine humanity of the people who work there. This is more than hospitality — it is kindness in action. Thanks to Tami and her wonderful team, my stay will always hold a special place in my heart. I am deeply grateful for the care I experienced and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting St. Catharines.

  Rooms aren't any special, same room you'd fine elsewhere. Service from staff is exceptional. Great location also. I recommend dining in the restaurant for lunch/dinner at least 1 meal, food is great tasting, great value, good portion size.

  Two nights in a row there was loud people next to my room. First night I said nothing. Second night I called front desk to tell them there were people from the party in my hallway being loud and staying in the hallway. They said they would be asked to leave the hallways at least. That did not happen. I was told by the front desk noise would continue until 11pm. Rooms were clean but dated. Pool was clean but the change room was dark and dingy. Dont think I will return

  I was actually wildly impressed with this best western. I honestly booked it by accident and was planning on going somewhere else but I’m SO GLAD we stayed!! Everyone was so unbelievably sweet, super fast, super accommodating and just really great. The room was one of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever slept in lol. Also the restaurant had all you can eat wings that night at they were PHENOMENAL. So so happy with this best western and thank you to all the friendly lady’s we met! 🥰
