  Felt disrespected sadly. After trial with two different hearing aids decided to go back first ones. They said they were my original ones but had different ends and when I got home with the bag. No remote. No carrying case. Got little guidance on cleaning and care being first time user.

  Recently there was a turnover of staff at the Simcoe location. I am 76 years old and I have been going to this office for many years. Previously it was an excellent service . However now the staff has changed it is terrible. The receptionist is rude . She never even said hello or made eye contact. She left me standing while she worked on the computer. I finally spoke and said I was having a problem with my partner mic. It was cutting out often. The technician finally came out and said I was sitting too far from the tv.? I said I had the mic for years in the same position and had no trouble. She agreed to send it away and said it would be a few weeks. Three days later I got a call it was ready. I went in to get it. Rude receptionist said I had to wait an hour to see the technician as I had a question is it synced with the computer. I waited over 45 minutes and finally asked to see the partner mic. I tested it and it was working so obviously so I left. This staff do not seem equipped or knowledgeable. I have left as a client and gone to a reputable company that offers professional services.May 2026.
