  I’ve stayed at this Best Western locations a couple of times, and each stay was spectacular! The rooms are clean, bright, comfortable, and have everything you need. I also love the different food options that are available in the area. Vicky’s kindness makes her an excellent member of staff. Without asking, she always goes above and beyond to make sure that my stay is special.

  If you are staying in the area, I urge you to look elsewhere. I would not book here again, it is not at all worth the cost. I booked over the phone, and thought everything was great. Problems started immediately. Closet door would not open, headboard was falling apart, there were broken charging ports, and the AC controls were not working. I had to call maintenance into the room at midnight because it just got too cold to sleep. I had to be out early so I was looking forward to a breakfast, only to be turned away because it was not included. I asked about breakfast multiple times when booking over the phone, and not once was I told it would be extra (I have also never been to a hotel with advertised breakfast where this was the case). I was also excited for the pool, only to go and have to sign in, which wasn't so much the issue, but that each guest gets 1 toddler sized towel (which signs said was due to towels not being returned, but the towel was basically useless). I get to the pool area only to see what looked like a children's swimming lesson taking up 3/4 of the pool, which I also noticed later there was a locked box that was labeled to be for instructors only. I settled for the hot tub, which these kids from the class were also using, despite signs saying 16+ only. The whole situation was just entirely uncomfortable, not at all advertised or mentioned, and made me question why I would be paying for ammentities I could not use. No where near worth the price, the whole atmosphere is uncomfortable and unwelcoming, with the only positive note is that the bed was comfortable. The hallways had a strange smell that smelled like mildew or something starting to rot, couldn't quite put my finger on it. Get your money's worth and book somewhere else.

  An absolute hidden gem in the Toronto area. I would go out of my way to stay here again. Great rate, excellent staff, incredibly clean and new feeling, may not look like much from the outside but it's nice inside with perfect rooms. Amenities: shared pool at the Sheridan, gym, large free parking lot, water at check in, excellent size rooms, fridge in room, immaculate bathrooms. Not sure why the google reviews are so low? If you look travel apps like Agoda it is highly rated which matched my experience. They have a buffet breakfast for $25 which we skipped due to price but everything else was awesome. Also strong internet.

  This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. My stay at Best Western Parkway Hotel Toronto North is honestly disturbing. I am staying in Room 7103 under the name Yashar Khosravi Azar Mehrabani. When I tried to take tissue from the bathroom box, the very first sheet was visibly contaminated with what appears to be blood (photos attached). This is beyond unacceptable — it made me feel physically sick. After seeing this, I completely lost trust in the cleanliness of the entire room. If something this basic is contaminated, it raises serious concerns about everything else. I now feel uncomfortable using anything in this room. The situation gets even worse: * The bathroom door is broken and does not properly close * There is NO hair dryer in the room — something I have never experienced in any hotel before These are not minor issues. These are basic standards that any hotel must meet. When I reported this to the front desk, I was offered breakfast, which is frankly insulting considering the seriousness of a hygiene violation like this. This experience has been stressful, unsettling, and honestly disgusting. At this point, I feel like the overall condition of this hotel reflects the same level of neglect I witnessed. I strongly advise others to think twice before staying here until serious improvements are made. I also expect immediate accountability from management and Best Western Hotels & Resorts.

  Very rude staff, especially the lady (Indian) she was terrible. Staff lacks training and customer service. Tall security (Indian also) was on his power trip, rookie clearly. Shouts out to DALVIN who save the day. Thanks
