I had a mixed experience with the hotel. Brian was extremely helpful leading up to our stay, and the suite was clean and spacious, with a lovely view. That said, be advised that if the hotel is hosting a wedding, loud music can be heard until 12:30am, regardless of the hotel's 11pm-6am quiet hours. I was very frustrated to find this out as I had a very early morning and was hoping to get an early night's sleep.

What a lovely experience! We stopped by for a meal after a walk through the beautiful nearby park, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our long weekend. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was exceptionally warm, friendly, and welcoming. Such a wonderful place to relax, enjoy a great meal, and take a little break after exploring the area. The picturesque park nearby makes the location even more special. A truly lovely experience and definitely a place we’d love to come back to. Highly recommended!

One of the nicest Best Westerns we have stayed in. The hotel was excellent, but what really stood out was the staff — friendly, welcoming, and they genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Perth itself is a beautiful town and well worth a visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

The room was nice, nothing crazy special. Could have used more and better pillows. What held off a better review is paying over $400 for one night and then being charged extra for breakfast. Apparently they have stopped doing that as of May. Seems that the cost of breakfast (just your standard breakfast items) was dipping too much into their profits and need to make breakfast an extra.

Wedding August 2026. We loved our 2 suites we had! A bridal suite and groom suite and we overlooked the park! We had it from a Friday to Sunday. It was so beautiful and they added little additions that made it even more special. We enjoyed our time in the rooms, the pool, hot tub and our breakfasts. The staff was amazing to deal with and were so accommodating and helpful. They were always congratulating us and excited for us when they saw us. They were good with any requests we had. Our rooms were clean, and promptly available. The suites were comfortable and clean. Shower in one bathroom with a better tub in the second bathroom. Nice kitchen areas in each. Very roomy. It helped make our wedding extra special. The only issue we encountered was the front staff was very rude to our photographers when they arrived. Our photographers thought they would be professional and let the staff know they were there for us out of courtesy (they knew which room we were in) but were not greeted nicely The person was passive aggressive. 9.5/10 highly recommend. Would have been 10/10 if the photographers were not treated rudely. The hotel was packed and sold out (according to the website and their staff). It was busy and had 2 other wedding parties staying there. Below are some photos taken of the suite
