  Friendly & professional staff (shout out to Katie who checked us in!), clean facilities, clean room, ample parking, well-located, quiet - could not ask for more! I would absolutely stay here again next time I'm in Pembroke

  I cant comment on the others since I dis not actually stay there. I made a booking by mistake and the front desk worker was so nice and accommodating, and helped me with booking. If this is how they treat guests trying to cancel they are probably amazing when you stay with them. Amazing customer service, if I ever do need to stay in pembroke I would stay with them based on this interaction alone!

  If it was possible to give more stars, we would! Spent three nights here after car problems interrupted our journey. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant is very good. Facilities throughout are first rate. Front desk even offered to bring a jacket from home when she overhead that my warm jacket was in the car at the repair shop.

  I had to test the waters sorta say on how people were treated coming into the hotel. I wore my scruffiest outfit I could find, boots untucked from pant legs, old hoodie. I walked in, was patiently waiting behind in line. As it was my turn to speak with receptionist. I was not glanced at twice, no snobbiness. I was greeted with a smile, and well brought up politeness/manners. She followed all the hotel rules to get me a room at my comfort. This lady is Katy.S. A very wonderful, dedicated worker with superb professionalism. The hotel picked a proper worker for the receptionist position. Thank you Katy.S for being amazing. I also want to show my respect to the cleanliness. The cleaning workers did an immaculate job on making sure all linens were properly cleaned without a scent for people with allergies. The bathrooms were properly sized for obese people like myself. Easily to move around in. Hotel has plenty of amenities for those that want to enjoy a vacation spot. I'm here on business, so my main priority was the comfort for proper rest. They offer a very large pool, hot tub, gym, sauna. Pool table in the front, and for those that are musically talented a very nice grand piano.(Piano is not allowed to be used without permission). The restaurant is very close by in hotel. Guests are given a voucher for complimentary breakfast. The prices are fair. 5 stars to hotel. 10 Stars to Katy.S 10 Stars to cleaning crew Definitely highly recommend. Definitely would come back.
