  I’m very satisfied with Don mills. Juan, the Hearing Instrument Specialist, is polite and patient and really listens to my questions . She has an excellent customer service and made me feel comfortable and assured me that I understand the hearing aids system . Making and rescheduling appointments is always very easy. It's wonderful to know that the clinic staff will be there with you every step of the way on your journey to hear better and with more clarity! Thanks Juan for your patience, kindness and support.

  Connect Hearing is a reliable and professional place to learn about hearing aids. Juan, the Hearing Instrument Specialist, is polite and patient and really listens to your needs.   Audiologist Juan Ding gave me a thorough hearing test to check my new hearing aids. She was very thorough from the initial hearing test to the placement of the new AIDS.

  I bought my device from bayview village branch, and I got very bad after sale with very little information about adjusting my device. On the contrary, I got the best treatment and information from Juan Ding in a branch hearing instrument specialist on Lawrence and Don mills who fixed all the problems I had with smile & patience, I strongly recommend this branch for those who need hearing aid.

  Very happy with Connect Hearing. I opted for the Phonak hearing aids and am most pleased with the results. I can now better participate in conversations and understand television dialogue. Zach and staff at Connect are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Their follow-up service is excellent.
