  We've been going to Connect Hearing in Newmarket for over 5 years! The staff there are the best! They are very professional in their conduct, knowledge and patience for those of us who aren't 'techy'! We've reached out to them several times as we thought our hearing aids weren't working and the staff there were able to remedy the problem quickly without making us feel foolish! And they're very warm and personable! Thumbs up!👍

  Having spent some awful years with hearing aids from Costco I decided to give Connect Hearing a try. What a difference from Costco. I was fortunate to get Katarina as my audiologist. She is absolutely professional, very knowledgeable and thorough in what she does. Compared to the drama of wearing aids selected by a non technician and made to walk through a Costco, this was next level serious testing. I must admit that the pricing sounds a bit high but the entire package is well worth the money. Not only have I done my two week review with Katarina but have also got my appointment for next year. A word of caution about their call center- they are a pain in the .... and annoying. Their website is also a pain. But everything is forgotten once you visit the local store.

  Connect Hearing in Newmarket is the best!! Even after my warranty ran out they were able to get my hearing aids working again . Thanks so much!!!! I thought I was going to have to get new ones. So relieved 😅
