  The light skin and the indian guy both had glasses on.HORRIBLE,BAD ATTITUDES.My dad and I stayed in room 507,july 09,2026.The indian one,didnt even want to look up to answer my dad’s question. Come here,if you want bad service….

  Worst experience ever!!! they just left me on the street, I attach confirmation of their message, but when arriving they told me my booking had been canceled but they never informed me, the girl at the counter is extra extra rude she didn’t care a bit, and didn’t help me either, I’m surprised she works in customer service, it’s 2am by the way, first time in the country.

  I've stayed here a few times. The staff are always friendly, management, front desk, housekeeping and restaurant. Nobody is perfect, but they seem to operate as a team. The rooms have always been clean and quiet, quiet is important. This is a solid building with minimal outside noise getting in and good black out blinds. Breakfast isn't included, but for $15 you really can't beat it. Made to order and fresh on a plate, not from a paper wrapper out the drive thru window.

  We flew out of Toronto airport so decided last minute to stay. The hotel room was nice enough and the shuttle drop off went smoothly. However, the shuttle pick up overshadowed any good for us. We called at 4:55pm for pick up and were told they would be there to pick us up by 5:25pm. We were at the location by 5pm and checked every single shuttle that came by. By 5:34pm, we were wondering what was going on so called back and were told they were running behind but should be there in 5 minutes. I called back at 5:54pm to be told they were calling the driver. They told us he had stopped there at 5:25. This was a complete lie as we checked EVERY shuttle that came by starting at 5pm. The driver finally arrived at 6:06pm. This long of a delay in pick up is unacceptable. We would have gotten an Uber if they would have just told us from the start it would be over an hour wait.

  The worst experience ever. The hotel smelt so bad from the front lobby to the room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The worst, and the customer service experience was even worse. They didnt even listen to my concern whatsoever. I had to go book at another hotel. I did not get any refund. The disrespect from customer service was outrageous. Never again!
