Except for the fact it had 24 hour airport shuttle I would not choose this hotel.
Bathrooms mold on the shower caulk lines and edges. Hallways have a unique odor. Good water pressure and has hot water which is a bonus. Not too close to airport where you can hear the airplanes. Can hear bed springs twang every once and can confirm the beds are a bit worn out. Noise control is barely there as you can hear fill conversations through the walls in the adjacent room or the hallways.

It was okyish stay overall, we stayed 3 nights at this location of BW, pool was good with hot tub, however, we had really worse experience upon c/in the black old lady, I don’t remember the name but was so so rude not even greeting, smile and properly guiding, morning and night staff were accommodating, also I left the keys 2nd night in the room when we came from havin dinner, black guy asked me ID very rude, like we aren’t staying, we did found the keys in the car and didn’t want to make my day bad at all while arguing. We have stayed in hundreds of hotel in busiest ones too but never experienced this kind of staff upon c/in. Definitely should find better ones who value/do their job properly even busy hotel. Overall nice bcz of pool and morning staff. Thanks

Horrible experience. I requested to cancel my hotel the morning of the day I needed (17 hours prior, yes I know there is a 24 hour policy). My son was sick and needed to go to the hospital (did not end up coming) I no longer was in need of a room for the night I just needed to park. They said there was nothing they could do and I was charged 290 dollars to park for the week. Fast forward to when I return. They drove past me once. I waited an hour and ten minutes to be picked up. I do not recommend in anyway. I will never personally use a best western again due to this experience overall.
