    ⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel's billing and customer service. After my stay, I received invoices and folios that did not match the charges that appeared on my credit card. The documentation provided was confusing and included a combination of charges, refunds, and payment transfers that made it difficult to determine what was actually paid and by whom. As someone who travels for work, accurate receipts are essential for expense reimbursement. Despite multiple requests for clarification and corrected documentation, I was unable to obtain a clear explanation or receipts that reconciled with the final charges on my card. Mistakes can happen, but what was most frustrating was the lack of accountability and clear communication. Instead of receiving straightforward answers and corrected receipts, I was given conflicting explanations that only added to the confusion. I expect a hotel to be able to provide accurate billing records and responsive customer service, especially when guests are trying to resolve a payment issue. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would not stay here again and would caution other business travelers to carefully review their invoices and credit card statements.

    I am not happy with the booking process at all. Firstly I am not able to book directly with the hotel, I have to reach out to a third party that they work with. When I booked with them I asked for the room with double bed on the reservation they put a king bed. I asked for late checkout and they informed me that they will add a note to the file and that it was okay to do late checkout and I asked if there is a charge and they informed me that there was not. When I get to hotel to check in to my shock we got the wrong room and I was informed that there is a $29 fee for late checkout. Had I been provided this information ahead of time I would not have booked. Additionally when booking with the agent I was informed a different price from what was charged to my credit card. The front desk receptionist is clueless as to what is going on and unable to help and I can’t blame him tbh. It’s ridiculous that we can’t directly book with the hotel. The reservation was booked under my name for my friend to stay for the night. My family and I assisted this friend with carrying luggages to the room. We get a call from reception asking why we are still there as there is a room limit. I explained that we were talking but would not stay the night. The person that I was speaking to was basically rushing us out and asking when we are going to leave and that we need to go….. Overall I would suggest elsewhere, there are other more affordable places with better service.

    Terrible customer service. No understanding, no effort to try and work with me. Never will recommend this hotel to anyone.
