I thought everyone was extremely professional and helpful. I was impressed with how my hearing felt like it was the most important thing. Everyone went above and beyond to make me feel more like family then just a customer,

I have an excellent experience, getting in detail my hears situation and the need of only one hearing aid.

I can't recommend the people and service that I received from Connect Hearing enough. They do everything in their power to give you a quality, customer-centered experience. The testing I had done to determine my hearing loss and then the configurations to restore it were so much more comprehensive than a competitor's. The results were so startling better that it was like the difference between night and day. I am 75 and I'm hearing like a young man again. Joel L.
