  Great experience from check in ,sleeping till breakfast and check out. The breakfast is good with some variety. Water and coffee are at disposition all the time.

  Solid older hotel which I felt provided good value for the money. My wife and I enjoyed the fire feature and the feeling of the room. The staff was well trained and pleasant. The breakfast was decent and the coffee was as well. We would definitely stay again. The hotel was also very clean and well taking care of.

  Checked in Late, after 11pm, it was a late decision by my wife an I to stay in town as we didn't want to travel back home. We have stayed at this Hotel/Inn 3 times before and thought it was reasonable. Last night, after the cold experience we received from the front desk person, this place will not longer be on my radar for a place to rest my head. I keep telling management and owners in these reviews that your customer service front line staff is key to keeping my business. Besides the person's cold stare and unwelcoming behavior, we had the stupidest idea of asking for a late check out. We got a cold bark from the watch dog in front as its first word was "NO", followed by, "that's $50.00 extra charge". Just for your record the date July 2nd, 2026, 11:50pm ish. Cost for my less than 12 hour stay Cost: "Credit Card Alert: A transaction in the amount of $375.44 at BEST WESTERN FIR was approved on card ending....." Discretion from your employee: ZERO, NADA, ZILCH. RETURNING: NEVER, CIAO, ​Auf Wiedersehen ​Arrivederci ​Au revoir Good Bye

  Slept the first night of 3 and found the bed mattress to be very hard. Asked front desk if they had another room we could move to for the remaining nights and with no troubles, they set us up nicely. Very happy with the cleanliness and cozy rooms. Very friendly staff.
