  Connect Hearing on Garth St blows me away every time! My mom experienced sudden onset dementia which left me with little direction. She has profound hearing loss and was entering a long term care living situation. I took her to the hearing facility associated with the nursing home and had a new aid made for her there. Her hearing seemed to be getting even worse. It was stressful. One day a birthday greeting from Connect Hearing came in her mail. I called them to talk about my mom . They had her records on hand since 1974. I decided to take her there. They made her a heavy duty unit , one for people with her level of hearing loss. She immediately improved. Since then she has it’s been broken ,lost… you name it…. LTC games .Every time I face these challenges I am met by Stephanie and the staff with a big smile and a speedy and typically free solution. Don’t go anywhere else . This is the golden solution to all of your hearing needs .

  Some of the most bright and sweet people work here. The staff is amazingly courteous, knowledgeable and do their best to help. It is refreshing to meet people who brighten days while providing wonderful service. The staff cares and provides solid advice for such technical instruments. I highly recommend!

  I take my mom here for all her hearing aid needs. She's never had a negative experience and always left happy which makes me happy ☺
