  We stayed at this amazing hotel . The Italian themed rooms were a fun added bonus . Each floor has a different Italian theme . Staff are friendly and informative . There is a spectacular coffee station on floor 2 .. if you enjoy a good cappuccino or any type of specialty coffee (as well as standard) this is the best added bonus I have ever experienced at a hotel . Breakfast at Baci was also exceptional. 5 ladies away for the weekend to explore Hamilton and some waterfalls - centrally located and close to everything we needed. Our room was spacious and clean - we stayed in One bedroom suite with 2 king beds and pull out couch with fridge to keep drinks and leftovers cold. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay in the future for sure . Thank you for making our stay memorable .. the ladies could not stop talking about how great a choice of hotel I found !!

  We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our stay. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. We had an unexpected emergency during the night and didn’t return to the hotel until 5:00 AM. The front desk staff member was incredibly kind and understanding, and graciously allowed us a late checkout until 1:00 PM at no extra charge so we could get some much-needed rest. That level of care and flexibility made a stressful situation much easier, and we’re very grateful. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and outstanding service. One upgrade to the rooms I’m sure a lot of people would appreciate is black out curtains! Other than that everything was perfect.

  Really nice clean rooms BUT... apparently the hot water is on demand so our hot tub only had hot water ONE of the FOUR nights we were there, and it was THE reason we chose this place. Wasn't informed about this ahead of time. The jets were spouting cold water as well, not great in lukewarm water. The kitchen had no cloth or paper towels, the head of guest services states that you have to rent the suite with kitchen to get those precious amenities. The bathroom had ONE facecloth... so apparently you're supposed to wash your face with the same cloth you washed your butt with, never mind the second guest in your room. Hard no here.
