  I had a great experience with Janine, She was very knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain my hearing graph in a way that was easy to understand. She also gave practical, long-term advice on how to protect my hearing, which I really appreciated. Professional, informative, and thorough throughout the entire appointment. Highly recommended.

  First time at Connect Hearing and they treated me like gold. I was a little nervous to get my ears cleaned but it was painless. And I can hear sooo good now :) Thank you so much

  Pooja did an amazing job in fitting, adjusting and demonstrating features of my first hearing aids. She ensured that I was comfortable before leaving the office.

  Called the 1800 number to book an appointment and the woman was incredibly rude and dismissive. Didn’t even get a chance to use their services. I will never call back.
