  Kind down to earth ladies. Made me feel very welcome when going into the office and if it wasn't for the building you more then likely wouldn't realize that it was. The girls were great and made you feel like they new you for years. Great going ladies.

  Excellent staff help make this an excellent experience. Assist with all the paperwork and WSIB red tape. Can’t say enough good things about Connect Hearing. Highly recommend.

  I’m giving Connect Hearing a one star because I have too, I wish I could give it zero! Since Connect Hearing took over Hogan’s it’s been an awful place. I used to be able to walk in and get great service for my hearing aids and not get hassled for walking in off the street and now I do. The ladies that used to work at Hogan’s we’re very approached, very friendly and willing to help and I don’t get the same feeling at all. I’ve heard management be rude to the new staff a few times and as a customer that is something no one wants to hear. I have chosen to go to another local clinic in town that provides better service. Don’t waste your time or money, go elsewhere I promise you, you won’t regret it!

  I have been a client of Hogan's Hearing Aid Centre for many years and have always been satisfied with my care. I highly recommend them.
