  We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Brantford Hotel & Conference Centre! The accommodations were great, and the service was amazing. A special thank-you to Faisal and the front desk team for helping return a belt I accidentally left behind. It has sentimental value to me, and I was so happy to receive it back today. I truly appreciate the care and effort they took to get it back to me, even after our stay was over. Thank you for going above and beyond. We look forward to staying with you again and would highly recommend this hotel!

  La première nuit s'est très bien passée. Par contre la deuxième nuit nos voisins de chambres ont fait la fête jusqu'à 3h du matin. Nous sommes allés nous plaindre deux fois à la réception mais rien n'a été fait. Une honte vu le prix payé. Et surtout même pas un geste commercial malgré notre réclamation. À fuir…

  They're hitting most of the right areas but there is more still to be done. Work at Myra's on menu quality, tweaks to cleanliness in pool area and staff friendliness or helpfulness at front desk with check in and out. Great overall effort. Thank you for the week!

  Overall ok. Room was satisfactory. Noise was high due to hockey tournament. Hard for the hotel to control that. The boys could be heard in the hallway and in the courtyard up to 11pm and one night I could here them at 3AM. Worst was checkin . It was slow and my room was not ready despite checking in 45 minutes later than 3pm checkin time. The website more than tripled the price due to high demand as the hotel was sold out this weekend. I will look elsewhere next time in Brantford.

  A picture is worth a thousand words. What you would expect from a place growing weed outside the room doors is EXACTLY the experience we had. Its not just the little things like the blow drying shorting the fuse every 30 seconds or nobody being prepared for our arrival for a major event…It was the Wild party until 1:30 in the morning, allowed to go on without recourse, nobody at the front desk manning the phone. We had to call the police for the insane amount of noise. There was so much trouble there cops were around most of the next day! After 2 hours sleep we did a 13 hour shift. The horrendous night made it extremely difficult to function and poor communication and assistance from the establishment turned a day that could have been exceptional into one that merely got the job done; at the expense of the health of our team who had just traveled for four days across the country to get there. We were permitted late check out at no charge by one staff member who was appauled at what had gone on. However, this remains in the top 3 of the worst nights of my entire life. I have slept better in emergency waiting rooms and airports than I did at this hotel.
