  My in laws just came to town and stayed the night and the toilet wouldnt stop running , I opened the lid and it was all rigged up with speaker wire ......

  I was pleasantly surprised with the Best Western. No hassles for parking. Carpets are what they are, but our room was spacious with a very high ceiling. There's an indoor pool, but the hot tub and sauna don't work. All said the room and the breakfast were both better than I expected.

  I love businesses that think about their customers. I booked a hotel room that non-refundable. I had to cancel I explained I needed to cancel so we could stay with my sister in-law while her husband was in palliative care. Linda was so kind. Thank you so much.

  I arrived on April 30th at around 5:30pm exhausted from a day of moving. I stayed the night before, however when I came back the next day, the price for the standard room had increased due to demand. The front desk agent was extremely helpful and offered to price match the room, she saved me a lot of money. I’ll definitely stay again when I have the opportunity

  We've stayed at this property several times in the past and it was enjoyable. However, I was made aware the guest services manager Bev had departed in February. The things that make a difference for guests were no longer front and foremost for the staff. No bath robe was in the whirlpool room. Coffee machine did not work. Lock on door did not function. When reported to front desk staff it was like I was in the twilight zone. No proper response. Housekeeping did not replenish the items in the room daily. The cleaning female didn't want to clean. She handed towels at the door. Even when requested housekeeping clean they never came until I went a second time to the front desk to find out why the room wasn't serviced. She had to call again to get them to get the room cleaned. On several occasions during our stay I had to request items from the front desk that is part of house keeping duties. WiFi worked well. Breakfast was basic; most of the food was over cooked.
