  The hotel is older and run down, you can see that from the outside. Inside is not much better. It's quick and easy to access the highway from the hotel and the breakfast place across the parking lot is good and that's the only real perk. The hotel was highly priced compared to local competitors. The comfort inn offered me $100 less for a multi-day stay and was much nicer overall. Upon arriving I went to my room. I was on the third floor. It was musty and smelled like wet carpet that hadn't properly dried. Where there was supposed to be an ice machine was empty with a rust patch on the floor. My room was dimly lit, the bathroom was filthy. There was bad caulking jobs, and poor maintenance throughout. My tub had black marks and mold. We checked the water pressure and wiped the floor after getting it wet and our towel came up black. The counter tops also hide dirt and dust very well. The bed had ripped sheets and after checking hotel reviews we discovered that the place once has bedbugs (we did not find any bedbugs), so we checked the bedding and lifted the mattress. We were later accused of sleeping in the bed. The rooms A/C and heating unit did not function. When I checked that it was plugged in there was a sock left behind by a previous tenant. The only window to the room was covered in dust and spider webs and a fly was flying around inside. I immediately left after being in the room for a half hour and requested a refund. I was promised a full refund, but was later called and told they'd charge me for a full night because I had used the bed and the shower. I did not fight it, because it was better than staying here

  Very basic. Avoid the first floor which has rundown, damaged rooms. Check the room before you accept it - most had broken tvs, ripped bedding etc. Note that tv is not high def. Breakfast is basic - main coffee maker was broken. Best part was the pool - nice and warm. Fitness facility is lacking, small with broken equipment (treadmill not working etc).

  Paid almost $600 for a 2 night stay here- there was no hot water to shower, the sink was clogged and would fill up if you tried to brush your teeth, a few outlets didn't work, and there were burn holes in the sheets. We tried calling the front desk to request a room change and nobody answers the phones. I asked for a refund and was offered a $50 gift card. Would reccomend staying at another hotel or air bnb in the area for the price and quality.

  Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Very friendly breakfast staff. Clean room. Quiet. Great restaurant across parking lot, the "Liberty St. Diner". Easy access to Hwy 401; however, signage for the entrance from the street is lacking. Driveway easily missed.

  Je ne publie pratiquement jamais d’avis, mais celui-ci mérite d’être lu avant de choisir cet hôtel. J’ai séjourné dans cet établissement à l’occasion d’un voyage d’affaires, du mercredi 19 août au dimanche 23 août 2026. Durant tout mon séjour, mes draps n’ont jamais été changés, mes poubelles n’ont pas été vidées et mes serviettes de bain n’ont même pas été remplacées. J’avais justement choisi un hôtel plutôt qu’un Airbnb afin de bénéficier de ce type de service, mais ce ne fut malheureusement pas le cas. Lorsque j’en ai parlé à la réceptionniste le samedi après-midi, elle m’a expliqué que l’hôtel manquait de personnel. Elle m’a ensuite remis des draps et des serviettes en me disant de m’en occuper moi-même. J’ai alors demandé un remboursement ou un dédommagement. Elle m’a assuré que son gérant communiquerait avec moi le lundi 24 août, mais je n’ai reçu aucun appel ni aucun suivi. Après avoir attendu en vain un retour de la direction, je partage donc mon expérience ici afin que les futurs clients puissent en tenir compte avant de réserver.
