  Room was clean, beds and pillows fresh and comfortable, bathroom was spotless, breakfast was hot, staff were friendly and efficient. Great stay!

  I had a block booking for business but had to shorten the booking and remove rooms last minute. The manager was excellent at adjusting my stay without issue. I would highly recommend this hotel based on location, price, and customer service.

  It was close to what we needed access to. The room was decent and the pool as nice. The continental breakfast was pretty good. Pretty much what I'd expect for the price range.

  Very upset with this hotel and how they tryed to rectify their mistakes. Booked pet friendly room with 2 beds over the phone 30 mins before arriving. Got in to town they have us a room on the 2nd floor I asked if it was a pet friendly room since every hotel I have been with a dog your always ground level. This is not a pet friendly room. And they offered to correct our booking with a single bed that is pet friendly, ok so what about my children. I booked a pet friendly room with 2 beds and it was available 30 mins ago.

  I should have listened to the reviews. The service was awesome but the room had a horrible smell. I was too tired to ask for another room so I suffered it out after making sure the bed was clean and no bugs. The room was clean but the smell. Killed my sinuses which I ended up with heart burn and a headache. I was just to over tired to ask afraid I’d get another room that would smell. I was really disappointed. Room was dated and you could see the stains on the walls. Definitely needs an update and good airing out. The patio door sticks too. For what I paid it wasn’t worth it. The bathroom was half upgraded. Photos to see. Bed was clean and comfortable. The. Only thing the hotel had was the service when we checked in.
