  I loved my audiologist - a very professional young woman - who made every effort to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Everyone at the office was friendly and super helpful. It's good to have realistic expectations: as some told me, they are hearing aids (emphasis on 'aids'). They can't replace your own actual hearing ability. With that in mind, it is still important to try out different types in order to get the best possible result. I was amazed how patient and knowledgeable my audiologist was. I am now hearing much better. Thanks Connect Hearing.
