  We stay at this hotel for one night before we head back to Toronto. The location is great, it’s less than half an hour to the airport in 15 minutes to the Harbourfront, where we can also take ferry to the other side of Halifax. Breakfast was also included. We went down around 8:30 AM and we were able to find a seat easily still. Breakfast option was decent with self serve yogurt, bread, cereal, egg sausage, sausages, ham, and some fruit fruits. The highlight was definitely the really big waterslide. Kids love it. Before we go into the pool, we had to sign a waiver. The room was OK. We find it a little bit dim, especially without a light in the middle. Parking was free we just needed to give them the model and a color of our car so they can take note of it. The checkout price was also very smooth. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. WiFi was ok as well. Easy to connect.

  Breakfast was included. Spacious and clean rooms, well maintained washroom. Ample parking space. Clean property, they replaced towels daily and made the bed every other day we stayed.

  The hotel is very kid friendly. The beds were so comfortable they were hard to get out of in the morning. Really enjoyed the hotels own special brand of citrus fragrance body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and lotion very pleasant, mild smelling citrus lovely for sensitive skin like myself. Very well maintained breakfast lots of choices. Something for everyone hot and cold excellent service, friendly staff beautiful clean hotel really enjoyed that the pool was open really early in the morning until 10 o’clock at night great for family fun slide was amazing. really enjoyed that the side in the pool were two separate areas so you could enjoy the pool and others could enjoy the slide without splashing into the pool from the side, really fun with the water sprinklers that was added touch and bonus very clean, elevators, friendly service staff extra bonus that you were able to watch Netflix, Disney, Apple TV, and YouTube on the smart TV in the room did not have dressers, but did have three drawers in the suite where the computer table was was able to use those three drawers as dressers very clean well maintained rooms well stocked nice towels overall wonderful experience will be returning again . Lovely restaurant in the hotel, food was delicious! Very clean and staff were kind and helpful. There was a good selection of meals for the children menu.

  I am writing to formally express my serious concern regarding the condition of my room at Best Western Plus Dartmouth Hotel & Suites. When I checked into my room，I discovered a blood stain on the bed sheet. I immediately reported this issue to the front desk， Semi，and requested that the stained bedding be replaced. However, despite my request, the sheet has still not been replaced after 1 hours of my check in. I called and follow up, I was informed they’re very busy, they don’t have time to give me yet. I have to wait with their dirty bed sheet. No apology. I then I ask him about how much time to wait, he said 5min. I waited for another 15min, and come to the front desk to check with him. He responded with his attitude, that I have to wait, because they are busy. They feel nothing wrong with providing me a bedsheet that has blood stain on it. I waited another half hour, and called Best Western guest relations. They provided me the bed sheet after guest relations communicated with them for my simple request. And there is no apology from the hotel that day at all. I find this completely unacceptable. Discovering blood on the bed sheet is a serious hygiene and cleanliness concern. More importantly, I reported the issue promptly, yet the hotel has failed to resolve it in a timely manner. As a paying guest, I expect the room and bedding to be clean and properly prepared before check-in. I should not have to repeatedly request that visibly blood-stained bedding be replaced. I have taken photographs of the stained sheet as documentation of the condition in which I found the room.

  Lots of rowdy kids in the hotel, impossible to enjoy the pool as it's so busy and full of young child that lacks basic respect. The hotel does noting to enforce basic rules... Kids were running around over the pool, going multiple at a time in the slide. The constant noise made my stay miserable. Also, the AC system in the room is noisy, and it stops when the room is at 23degree although I set it for 20. A lot of the frustrations could have been avoided if they had some matter of security enforcing orderly behavior in the hotel, and maybe have adults only hours for the pool.
