  Our flight arrived at 2:30 am, we called the hotel and they sent the shuttle to pick us up. They offered late check out. The lobby is beautiful. There is a coffee shop and restaurant. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are big especially nice when there are 3 people sharing a room. The black out curtains could be a bit better. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

  Good last minute stay. Best Westerns are always cozy and predictable in my opinion. The front desk staff were great and the free airport shuttle service was handy. It runs 24/7 on the half hour. One less star because of the poor insulation and restaurant food. People walking on the floor above was SO loud it woke my self AND baby up. Yikes. Also the restaurant food was very subpar and bland, especially for the high price. They also dont allow minors past 8pm, you get seated in the breakfast area which was weird. Loved that the NHL game was on in the rooms and they had a pack n play for our baby.

  Was here for business. Location great for airport, checkin staff were fun and efficient. Room was clean and well appointed. Issue I had was there were teams of kids and parents filling the halls and lobby. Running down the halls yelling and laughing. I am all for kids having fun but they were completely unsupervised. I was at the counter at 1am talking to night shift. He was trying. Very pleasant and apologetic. Brought over the drunk coordinator of the teams who did nothing. Manager next day did everything he could and was very pleasant to deal with. Not the hotels fault at all and they did what they could. This is a note to the team parents, you cannot sit in the bar, g et drunk, and let your kids run wild till all hours of the morning. Everything about the hotel itself was great! I will stay again just not with teams there.
