  Rooms are always clean. Beds are very comfortable. Staff is fantastic. Breakfast is included and always hits the spot!

  Booked a luxury suite. Staff was friendly, and professional. Breakfast was cheap "cheese wiz instead of cheese slices" for breakfast sandwich. I was traveling alone on business; wasn't allowed to use the pool or hot tub due to there rules. I had a vape; needed to go outside to use it. Water in shower, & sinks took awhile for hot water to come out. There systems in place made it a place I'll most likely never book a stay at again as the value wasn't there for the money spent. Good staff; unfortunately the systems in place ruined my experience.

  Lamente mucho quedarnos aquí, las camas son súper incómodas, las habitaciones pequeñas! Es muy ruidosa la carretera al lado por lo que no ayuda a descansar! En general el hotel es anticuado, le falta mantenimiento y el precio es alto para lo que ofrecen, hay otros hoteles cerca que valen más la pena en los cuales ya habíamos estado! Este sin duda deja mucho que desear!

  Great stay! We came to Fredericton from Ontario for the Tattoo Expo. The hotel was clean, welcoming, and well-maintained throughout our visit. The majority of the staff were friendly, especially Savannah, I believe her name was, she was helpful and always had a smile - very pleasant! We asked to move from the top floor to the bottom to make things easier with the kids, and the staff handled it quickly and without any hassle. The pool area was consistently clean and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back next year!
