  We stay at the Bathurst Best Western every time we are in town and it is well worth the price especially when compared to other lodgings in the area. It is by far the best Best Western we have been to both because of the accommodations and friendly staff. The cleaning staff are absolutely phenomenal (especially Susie!!) and made my daughter's day by having her stuffy leave notes about their adventures while we were gone. It is always a pleasure to stay there. Location is great too.

  My wife went down to the front desk to report that the room fridge was not working and we had food that will spoil. The person at the front desk(Jeremy) did not even look up at my wife, just brushed her off by daying if it is not working by morning let us know. My wife explained that our food could spoil by then. The employee did not even acknowledge she was speaking to him. This was to me the rudest employee I had ever seen and I have employees that work for me. I would have fired him if he worked for me ......

  We are staying at the hotel right now as we came down to honour funeral request and went to feont desk at 9:45pm and informed front desk representative that my sister in laws fridge was not working as we brought food back from the restaurant and he told her if it's not working by morning they would send someone to fix it and she said but I ha e food and he totally ignored her. I asked what his name was and he said Jeremy, very unprofessional and ignorant that he he didn't even acknowledge her when she told him she had food. So I guess us waisting our money at restaurants in your city and letting it spoil because you're to lazy and don't want to acknowledge the customer's that keep you in business.

  Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced. The coffee machine was broken and they offered no solutions to the issue. Breakfast was terribly stocked (no utensils, no water etc)But the worst thing was when I complained at the front desk the manager said I was being difficult and a troublemaker. I explained it was her job as manager to field complaints and find solutions. She was extremely rude to me.
