I went into the Connect Hearing without an appointment. Without even asking what I needed, the dark haired lady's opening line was a brusque "I'm busy. Do you have an appointment?". Next she launched into excuses about why she couldn't help me. So I went to the Connect Hearing on Springfield at Henderson. She solved the problem in 5 minutes. No appointment required.

Erica and Jeff have been helpful in having some service and subsequent fittings done. Happy with this brand and the multiple locations in the city is convenient.
