  I went into the Connect Hearing without an appointment. Without even asking what I needed, the dark haired lady's opening line was a brusque "I'm busy. Do you have an appointment?". Next she launched into excuses about why she couldn't help me. So I went to the Connect Hearing on Springfield at Henderson. She solved the problem in 5 minutes. No appointment required.

  Had a marvelous experience through out the entire process. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Doctor is very knowledgeable and helpful in the decision making of which hearing aids to choose for my needs.
