  This hotel is one of my faves in Thompson. Its clean, staff are nice, rooms are a good size and the breakfast buffet was delicious.

  Clean and friendly. We were very comfortable the three days we stayed. They went the extra mile to accomadations.

  Was comfy and quiet I feel the damage deposit was a little high at $300 that's a little too much overall experience is great I would stay again

  I stay at the Best Western Hotel in Thompson regularly, and it continues to be a great experience every time. What truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding staff. A special shoutout to Mike, the front desk manager, along with Nitish and Pinkal at the front desk, they are always welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. Their hospitality never goes unnoticed, and they consistently make each stay feel comfortable and appreciated. The hotel is very fortunate to have such great people on their team. I’d also like to recognize the rest of the staff, including the restaurant and breakfast team. Even though I don’t know all their names, they are always friendly and attentive. The breakfast is solid and a great way to start the day. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable, tidy, and provide everything needed for a relaxing stay. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into both the service and the overall experience. As someone who stays here frequently, I can confidently say this is one of the best places to stay in Thompson. I always have a great experience and look forward to coming back.
