I have always been very grateful for the help that the assistants at Connect Hearing have given me when there is a technical problem. They have always either offered an immediate fix when they had a replacement part in stock or sent off for one to arrive by courier. On one occasion, the assistant cut short her lunch hour to meet me and do the repair so that I could make another commitment within a tight timeline. It's the personal customer service that keeps me coming back to Connect Hearing for my next pair of hearing aids.

Came for a hearing test because I was curious. David did my hearing. He was really kind, patient, and thorough. I had several questions about the process and he was great at explaining and walking me through everything. It’s tucked a way so a bit tricky to find but a nice clean place.
