  Went in because my new com pilot would not connect tp the appMae Hernandez had it working in no time. there was even time left in the appointment to do a hearing test, which I hadn't done in almost 2 years. she also filled me in on what I was entitled to through Veterans Affairs. Thank you Mae.

  Very disappointing in-person customer service experience dealing with this location’s receptionist. I found her to be very condescending and lacking of any empathy for someone in need of assistance. I will be sure to go elsewhere in the future.

  My 3rd set of hearing aids from Connect Hearing had a minor issue related to battery drain. They are almost 3 years old. Without question, the staff took them in for examination and repair and provided me with a new demo pair while mine was returned to the manufacturer to verify the issue. The units were completely updated with new internals and returned to the store where the very knowledgeable technician reprogrammed them to my hearing profile, and made sure that the profiles were updated to my current hearing levels. They are noticeably improved based on the time they took to trim up the profiles to my 2021 hearing levels with the latest equipment. No charge. Thanks so much!
