  I am very satisfied to report that I had one of the best health care experiences of my life with Mae Hernandez of the Oak Bay location It is obvious that Mae has tremendous knowledge and experience in the field of Audiology by the way she can simply explain complex concepts and ideas Albert Einstein once said, "If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough." I learned an enormous amount during my hearing test including; the status of my own hearing, strategies to limit the impact of my current hearing loss, how and why my hearing is likely to change, what are the current hearing aid options available and what changes are coming to Audiology in the future While I currently do not require a hearing aid, I will be definitely returning to Mae in the future when my hearing changes I am completely comfortable in recommending Mae to anyone who may require Audiology services

  Dr. Mae Hernandez was professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this clinic for hearing examination to anyone. In fact, I just introduced this clinic to my colleague who has been suffering from tinnitus as well. Thank you again for great service.

  I've been a patient of Dr. Hernandez for more than ten years and have benefitted from the comprehensive care she provides. I have been fitted with two pairs of Phonak aids, which have served me very well. I have had diagnosed industrial hearing loss since my mid thirties but I was fifty before trying hearing aids and I'm so glad I did.

  Dr. Mae Hernandez has taken care of my husband's hearing needs for several years. She has always been very kind and caring as well as efficient and professional. Recently my husband's hearing aids were lost and Mae was so kind as she helped us to replace the aids quickly, and she loaned us a pair until the new ones arrived. She is an angel! Thank you Mae for your exceptional care.
