  The staff were friendly and professional. Second appointment, my technician heard my concerns and fixed the problem. The hearing device itself is excellent, allowing for different settings in different circumstances.

  I was impressed about the high quality and customer care I received from the staff at this location. In addition, the staff are very knowledgeable , efficient and have excellent communication skills. I have been to various hearing clinics in Canada and Europe and found that this clinic provided me with the best solution for my hearing issue. Thus location is definitely to be recommended! Thank you!

  I had no idea how poor my hearing was. The folks here were helpful, clear, concise and there are absolutely no complaints. Already sent a few folks recommendations and at least one definite new client. Highly advisable if you are turning up the tv too loudly or asking folks to repeat themselves... AND you can hear the birds again. Or the sound of your clothes being pulled on even. Just the little things.
