  Un hotel cómodo y con gran ubicación. La atención es excelente y las habitaciones son comodas y muy bien equipadas. Relación calidad - precio excelente. Quizá el único pero que le puedo poner es que podrían mejorar el menú del desayuno. El hotel es bonito y fácil de ubicar. Desde ahí pudimos ir caminando a casi todo lados, además la parada del transporte público está cerca. La atención es amable y considerando los precios de los hoteles en esta ciudad, podría decir que la tarifa en este hotel fue bastante buena, pero gracias a que reservé como 5 meses antes de viajar. La habitación estaba muy bien equipada, incluso con una pequeña cocina con estufa, mini refrigerador y horno de microondas, además de cafetera y trastes básicos. Igualmente dejan café y té de cortesía. A pesar de su ubicación, es silecioso y el descanso es excelente.

  Staff are friendly, rooms are clean, if you have a large SUV plan on using street parking vs the parking garage.

  Great location with a short walk to the Inner Harbour. Ground floor rooms are noisy with an awkward corridor. Front drive and loading/unloading area is too small for two vehicles to use the space simultaneously. Choose a higher floor room. This hotel is best because of the location to the Inner Harbour.

  I stayed here early June and found the place to be fairly nice. The suite we had was great, it was a corner unit and had a nice balcony overlooking the pool and a separate kitchen/dining area. The only negatives about the room are that the TV is not aligned with the bed (it swivels a bit so can face the bed, but is still pretty far away and at an awkward angle) and the toilet constantly runs. Breakfast was pretty okay, not a huge selection but still fairly good quality. I found that the male front of house staff were a bit unfriendly, and unwelcoming. However, the women who checked us in/out were all very pleasant and incredibly helpful. The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is amazing - so close to so many points of interest in Victoria, either in walking distance or close to bus stops. The area is also not very noisy at night.

  This was my second time staying here. Stayed 4 nights this time early June. Pros: -Fantastic location!!!! - Quiet street right on the inner harbour. (Only con right now is all day construction on new dock so construction noise is constant - can’t leave balcony door open) - Rooms are older and basic but have all that’s needed; patio is nice to have to bring in the fresh air - Convenient underground parking - Great included breakfast - Love the refillable water bottle station Cons: - Not really a harbour view unless you’re on an upper floor and can see past the trees but it is literally right there - Fan in room and patio door opens but no AC that I could find, and rooms were hot! Too much noise to leave patio door open - Housekeeping not great this stay; on checkout they did remark that the person was in training but they clearly hadn’t cleaned under the bed in some time, forgot to refill the body wash and didn’t make the beds one day; didn’t remove dishes one day - Hot tub was out of order which would’ve been okay as things happen but 20 min plus to have the steam room and sauna heat is unacceptable
