  The only odd thing missing - no body lotion in the bathrooms. Normally hotels provide it, so I didn't think about bringing my own. The people who work there are just the loveliest. Our housekeeper Camila even left a sweet Thank You note after we left a tip the first night... who does that? Awwww. Great location. Everything was clean and comfortable.

  Great place just did a Best Western review on your site. Staff great Diego, Rachel, Hanna to name few. Lauren Front Desk Team leader has my emails on great customer service Rooms vg breakfast great. Thanks also to housekeeping as some do double roles. Very must enjoyed our stay.

  We stayed here for a few nights in August and it was a very comfortable stay. Really great location! Super easy to walk into downtown, less than 10 minutes to walk down to the harbour. We were a little confused as to why there was no hand soap or hand wash in our washroom and when we asked the staff they said they didn't have any. We would recommend to bring your own travel hand soap here. Always great to have a free breakfast too and they accommodated us for plant-based milk as we asked in our booking notes.

  For a 3 star hotel, it is a 5 star review!! We got the double queen room with the kitchenette and partly harbour view and it was really nice. We went down to the pool and sauna at night, which the pool temperature was perfect, and the sauna was nice. One small thing is the dry sauna was usually off so when we went there to start it, it was taking a long time to get it going so we never really got to experience the dry sauna. The breakfast was nice and simple, and even the coffee machine in the lobby was empty sometimes and we mentioned it to front desk and they came right over to fix it. It is really appreciated when they help their clients!!
