  My interactions with three of your optometrists (Scott, Ellie, Lan) have been excellent. The process of getting my aids right has taken time, but we are there at last. Coincidentally, I compared my new Phonaks with comparable aids from my previous optometrist -- and chose the Phonaks.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Connect Hearing Kerrisdale. I went in simply to have my hearing aids reset, as they have not been working properly since I purchased them. Unfortunately, the service I received was far from what I expected. The staff member who assisted me was unprofessional and, at times, borderline rude. There was no real effort to understand or address the issue I was facing. Instead of offering help or even basic courtesy, the interaction felt dismissive and uninterested. I couldn’t help but get the impression that because I did not purchase my hearing aids from this location, they had no interest in assisting me. If that is the case, it reflects very poorly on their level of service and commitment to clients. Overall, visiting this branch was a complete waste of time. I strongly recommend that others avoid going there, especially if you expect professionalism or any genuine willingness to help.

  The while experience was delightful. It was a great experience being in the sound booth. I was treated like an actual person and not a number. Any hearing problem... I highly recommend them!

  From my mother (Agatha Tse) who doesn't have a Google account: Asieh Haririan is an amazing Hearing Instrument Practitioner. She is calm, caring & patient; clear & knowledgeable, understanding & compassionate. We are lucky to have her.

  the BEST! My mother is 93 and with the new technology in hearing aids she was concerned and a bit confused but Asieh took on the challenges she had and offered positive solutions with patience and thoughtfulness. I could not be more appreciative. Also the office coordinator was so attentive and kind to us. It was a wonderful experience coming to this office and I can't thank them enough.
