  They have the best hospitality and made us feel very welcome. The attendant even gave us a bottle of water and some snacks, which was a very nice touch. The location is right in the center of downtown. We stay on the top floor so I didn’t hear any noise. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. It also had a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience!

  The room was well serviced and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nicely located with plenty of fantastic food options within walking distance.

  We had a great time staying here! The view from our room was the best view I've ever had the pleasure of enjoying and we had a balcony all to ourselves! It's right in the heart of downtown so the people-watching was interesting. This also means that it was quite loud all night, or at least louder than what we're used to at home on the island. We could hear the sky trains, other vehicles (cars, ambulances, police, etc.), dogs barking, and just outdoor night activity in general, though we were on the 15th floor. Not the hotels fault and this certainly isn't a complaint from me, either, although it may read that way. We stayed 2 nights so we could go to a concert without having to travel the day of, and so we could be rested and ready to enjoy the show. We saw Raine Maida and Chantal Kreviazuk at the Vogue theatre, and it was wonderful! Pics show the view we had from our balcony 🙂 I've seen this kind of view in movies but never in person. It was exhilarating! The only issue we had was that when we first got to our room, one of the towels had a lot of hairs stuck to it. It otherwise appeared to be clean, and it was rectified as soon as requested the next morning. We waited until the next day as it was not urgent. I will definitely stay here again if I can! Oh also the bed was way too soft for me. We have an extra firm foam mattress at home for better support, and the bed here was likely on the very soft side of the firmness scale, i.e., if 10 is the most firm (our bed), then I would say the mattress in the hotel was a 3.

  Bedbug alert! They offered to clean all clothes from the trip, so two stars. Still -- avoid!

  A decent hotel in the worst location imaginable. There's screaming and fighting in the streets constantly. Don't stay here unless you have a car lol, because you do not want to be walking around in these trashy alleyways. Overall the place is okay, clean and comfortable but a lot of noise outside.
