  I was curious about thousands reviews. Until I see it myself, I was still very much surprised. Interior decoration looks more like lodge, very tastefully decorated. Guest room looks better than online picture. I see quality. Staffs are wonderful. I can't say enough good things about them. Summit Restaurant offers delicious food. My husband and I were so satisfied after dinner. Other people did mention their food. It was surprising to me that a small village has such a great hotel. Through this hotel, we start learning about Valemount and also learn about salmon run. We will find opportunity to come back.

  We've been staying at the Best Western Plus Valemont Inn & Suites for several years as we travel between BC & Alberta. It's easily one of our favourite hotels. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is always clean and the attached restaurant has great food.

  It was a wonderful stay! We’ve been traveling BC and Alberta and have stayed in multiple hotels. This hotel is 100% a gem, we were sad our trip is ending today because we could stay a few more days. The staff is exceptional, the tea & coffee bar thrilled our teenage daughters and the rooms were clean. If you’re in the area absolutely we recommend staying here!!

  Great hotel with a terrific breakfast. We arrived way before check in time and the staff did a great job getting us in early. As soon as a room was ready they notified us. We really appreciated the personal service

  My primary motivation for leaving this review is the incredible interaction I had with Gurman tonight. I ran into a last second scheduling issue and he was able to single handedly save the day for me in a major way. His patience, understanding and customer service was unbelievably helpful and I cannot recommend staying at this location enough because of how helpful the staff is. Gurman you’re the man!
