  Very pleasant and helpful staff. Product is very expensive, but I guess that's the cost of improving your hearing in Canada.

  Re: Trail Connect Hearing(Nicole) I was not going to make this post until my daughter told me about one of her clients(another senior) had problems with Nicole as well. Nicole called me 2 or 3 times "demanding" plus twice she put her chin on her hand and elbow on the desk and just stared at me while I was trying to explain "again" that they do not fit my ears. She said, "they do fit you". Plus my time was almost up for trying out the hearing aids, (the two months), but the hearing aids were already sent in previously so that would be minus 2 weeks for them for the first time and 2 weeks for the second time of them being sent in for same reason and I said that they will need to be covered for another two weeks so I could try them out. She abruptly turned to me and said "NO she(boss) doesn't have to do that". SO I have dropped all the information I received along with the spare loaner hearing aids and whatever else I was given, back to the office plus she will receive the new hearing aids back from repairs. She can now deal with the head office.
