  I always have a great experience when I go to Connect Hearing! From the moment I walk in through the door I am warmly greeted by Ashley the front end gal. Ashley has a real “can do” outlook. I walk in with an issue and it gets solved. Ashley their tech is amazing. She is really through and hasn’t lost that carrying attitude! Love this place!

  I could not be happier with my experience here. Alex's knowledge, experience, and relaxed yet thorough approach made it a pleasure finally accept that I needed hearing aids, and I love them already! Such a difference in being able to hear one-on-one or in a crowd. And Ashley at the front desk is so friendly and welcoming. Very glad I chose Sechelt Connect Hearing.

  I was most impressed by Alex, the Hearing Care Practitioner who conducts the tests and explains the results. His clear explanation and no-pressure approach made it easier to accept the inevitability of further hearing loss. I came away with a clear understanding of my options, and with the confidence and determination to act as soon as possible.
